We think of our kitchen as a meeting ground, where different ingredients, traditions, and people can come together. We cook what we like, what catches our attention, in a space designed for the pleasure of the cook and the diner both, and where the food is prepared and served in beautiful, handmade cookware.
Our kitchen is open for private lunches and dinners, from 20 up to 180 guests. Whether you are hoping for a traditional, causal meal or a fine dinner, all our dishes are based on local ingredients and traditions, with touches from around the world.

Our cooking workshops are planned with the needs of our clients and the communities around us in mind. They are offered several times a year and their focus varies from local to more experimental cuisine, with emphasis on products from the region.
